At RAW DENIM, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return policy for all unwashed, unworn garments with original tags attached. Please note that customized or hemmed denim is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware is protected and the denim is folded properly to avoid permanent creasing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned denim for wear and tear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement size within 3-5 business days.
